Streamlined the entire marketing design process, introducing a shared Figma template library and optimized Jira structure. This system allowed fewer designers to complete higher volumes of work during peak seasons without burnout or quality loss.
Revamped the Explora Video Center
Redesigned the UX for B&H’s content hub to resolve user-navigation confusion, aligning the interface with the main site’s design while maintaining a distinct browsing experience. The result was a clearer hierarchy and a smoother content journey for users.
Redesigned Email System & Workflow
Built a DSM library for 100+ transactional and marketing emails, reducing production time and improving design consistency. Currently leading a larger initiative to unify backend logic and front-end templates for faster deployment.
Bi-Weekly Reporting & Jira Automation
Developed reusable reporting templates and dashboards for automated Jira reporting and scheduling, cutting manual setup time in half.
Designed Mavriq App from Scratch
Led UX/UI design for a full home-services booking app, creating user journeys, flows, and an MVP prototype that clarified requirements and accelerated development. Built a cohesive UI system, documented interaction patterns, and collaborated closely with stakeholders to refine features and prepare the product for launch.
