A single source of truth in Figma for marketing components and templates used across campaigns.
Reusable modules for common patterns (headlines, pricing/deal layouts, brand blocks, disclaimers, CTAs, etc.)
Drag-and-drop templates built from existing B&H DSM elements
Clear naming conventions so designers could find what they needed quickly
Brand and asset organization that kept work easy to browse and reuse
Workflow system to support scale
Alongside the design library, I set up structure so the system could actually be used consistently.
Standard request inputs so designers weren’t chasing missing details mid-ticket
A consistent way to package final deliverables and link them back to the ticket for tracking
